With Vice Captain Hiberts injured in the opening TT, Trinity got off to a rough start.... In stages 3 and 4 Captain Spencer Paterson showed true determination and climbed in the standings to 5th place, without his top teammate Hiberts.
In Stage 5 the Climbing Time Trial, Paterson looked to hold on to 5th place. It was not to be so Patterson lost over 2 minutes, and tumbled in the standings. Strangely enough, Blial from L1414, also took a tumble in the standings....
Both Blial and Paterson received 5 flat tires each on the stage. When further investigated, the tires were punctured each time with the dart of a blowgun originating in Denmark. This is believed to be the work of the Syndicate, particularly of Otto Hagman's Team Crazy Downhillers.
This coming a day after Trinity manager Paul, and L1414 manager Brian gave no comment on their involvement in the newly formed "Syndicate Killers" After todays stage. both managers were heated, stating the "Syndicate will get what is coming to them" and "They picked the wrong people to mess with"
A Huge Blowup of Trinity's team is expected soon.
